“Love is Crystal Clear” is the first book in the Love is Crystal Clear Trilogy, made for those who are enjoying their midlife years. If you like sweet love stories, this easy and fun read is just for you. The main character, Henri, might remind you of someone you know. One reader told me that after reading the book, she felt ready to start a new chapter in her life, especially with finding new love. This book wants to remind you that love doesn’t care about age. So, if you’re dreaming of your own “Happy Ever After” or a romantic story, don’t worry about how old you are. The story talks about new mature relationships, and here’s why I believe mature relationships can be magical. Good things happen because people have lived a lot and understand feelings well. As they get older, they become better at talking with each other, making their relationships healthier. They share their life stories, which helps them understand and care for each other. Being independent and knowing themselves well makes the relationship even better. They like spending quality time together, being good companions, and supporting each other, making their relationship really satisfying. Mature people usually have similar goals and values, making their partnership harmonious. With wisdom and patience, they deal with challenges calmly. These relationships are full of thankfulness and happiness, showing how wonderful companionship and love can be. These are just a few reasons why I believe romance doesn’t dilute with age. If you want to find out ways on how to keep romance alive, watch out for future next blog.
Before I go, let me share a brief excerpt from “Love is Crystal Clear.” The moment Danny met Henri…
“After they got to the club, Danny kept glancing over at her and felt flattered when he caught her staring back at him. Although he used to love dancing and music, the breakup of his marriage had put an end to all that. Clubs and dancing always reminded him of the horror. So, he felt somewhat relieved when her mate pulled her away for a dance. Then, a short while later, on his way to the bar, Henri walked into his chest and spilt icy cold liquid down his top. The next thing he knew, she stood rubbing his chest, and he felt a jolt of electricity run through his entire body. Danny gazed down into her big blue eyes and felt the urge to kiss her inviting mouth, which pointed up at him. But then he panicked and took a hasty step away from her. Then he turned around and headed for the exit. Danny waved goodbye to John on his way out but didn’t want to run the risk of everyone trying to persuade the birthday boy to stay. Throughout the walk back home, Danny’s mind churned in turmoil. How can some woman have such an effect on me? I still haven’t gotten over Lucinda and everything she put me through. He’d vowed never to trust another woman after Lucinda destroyed him. However, the electric chemistry he felt with Henri evoked sensations he’d never experienced before, not even with Lucinda. The experience left him baffled. They’d hardly spoken two words to each other. Maybe it’s a case of too much alcohol and a late-night playing trick on my mind. He couldn’t get the thought of her out of his head and kept drifting back to the image of her beautiful and alluring face. Not to mention the soft, curvy body that he wanted to touch all over.”
